We will complete the routing changes which will route UND's return traffic over RPR Port 3. We are making this change to lighten the 800meg traffic that is currently running on RPR port 2 (k12 and HECN traffic for the Grand Forks Quadrant). Actual down time for UND should be very minimal.

UND users and anyone behind UND's main connection. i.e. Connect ND.
I have made arrangments with Kevin at UND for this outage
