ITD will be applying OS updates and Symantec client updates to the SQL Production Cluster and stand-alone servers. Each instance will only be down for a few short 3 - 5 minute failovers/reboots during the scheduled window.

Who's Affected

All users and applications that use any of the Production SQL Cluster or standalone instances (SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008). This includes ITDSQLPG1, ITDSQLPG3, ITDSQLPG4, ITDSQL08PG1 - PG5, ITDSQLSPPG1, ITDSQLSPPG2, ITDSQLOCSPG1, SQLPRIME, ITDINTSQL08P1, ITDSLEDRP1, ITDSLEDSQL1, ITDSQLRASP1, ITDSQLRASP2, ITDSQLRASP3 and ITDCONF1.
Major applications include, but are not limited to: SQL Reporting Services, SLDS, FileNet, SharePoint, Office Communications Server, and Gentax.
