Production Oracle database server will be down to add more memory to the server. The Oracle 11g RAC one node databases CDP1, CDP5, DTP1, ITDPCOTS and NDRIOP1 should not be affected . The Oracle 10g an 11G single instances will need to be shut down and restarted during this process. This is to allow the memory size of some databases to be increases to resolve performance issues.
