Oracle 10g single instances affected include SSP2 (DHS), SSP3 (DHS), ITDPRD1 (DHS), and CDPCOG (BND, DHS, DPI, OMB, SLDS, State Treasurer, & Public Reporting for OMB). Oracle 11.2.0.2 single instance affected is CDP4 (NDSC, DFI, DHS, GNF, ITD, & OMB).
