OMB's Facility Management Division needs to complete several projects/upgrades to the Bismarck Capital Complex substation. However, due to the redundant nature of ITD’s datacenter, external users should not experience system, network (including VPN), and/or phone outages. (Note that users working in the Capital Complex will not have power in their office to support network, phone, or computer services.)

Who's Affected

The Capitol, Legislative Wing, Judicial Wing, Dept. of Transportation, Maintenance Shop, Liberty Memorial Building, and Heritage Center will only have emergency power available. There will be no electricity and no climate control in these building.
