ITD has installed and configured a new, upgraded, NetMotion server. This change will move the new server into production. With this upgrade, there is nothing that the end-user needs to configure on their devices. ITD will just make a network change that will “point” the current NetMotion address to the new server. This change will take 10 to 15 minutes to accomplish. If there are issues, ITD will simply undo the change and the original NetMotion server will be back in operation. When the change is made, all existing NetMotion connections will be disconnected and all end-users will be forced to re-login and re-open their applications.
