ITD will be placing the Microsoft Exchange 2010 CAS/HT servers into service. After the cutover, the same webmail URL (https://webmail.state.nd.us/owa) will work for users on both Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010. There may be instances where Activesync devices will no longer sync mail properly. The recommended steps for the user to take in that instance are as follows:
1.Reboot the mobile device. If the user’s device still does not sync, proceed to step 2.
2.Remove the Exchange Activesync/Corporate Email profile from the mobile device.
3.Add a new Exchange Activesync/Corporate Email profile to the mobile device. Users will be prompted to enter in their email address and password. The device should autodiscover the rest of the settings, but if it does not, the user will have to manually enter the following info:
a. Server = legacy.state.nd.us
b. Domain = ndgov
c. Username = ndgov\username
d. Enable SSL connection
