North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)Production database DTP2 will be rolled back from Oracle 11g RAC one node to Oracle 10g. The system will be down from midnight to 6 am. This is because the VRTS branch offices are unable to process transactions with the new database.
People who are accessing the database with OID entries should be able to connect to the new DTP2 10g database. Anybody who uses a TNSNAMES.ora file on their PC may have a problem.
