Over the last few days we have been seeing many unexplained failures as traffic transits our network. We have engaged all levels of both local and vendor support. Today we were notified that the code used in some of our core equipment has a bug which causes disconnects, slow responses, and communications failures.We will upgrade code on that equipment tomorrow morning.
This upgrade will drop all traffic going out to or in from the Internet while the routers reload. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
