North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)We will be consolidating the configurations of 3 separate firewalls into one. The 3 firewalls are:
Brick which provides State/PSD access to the Internet.
ETS which provides connectivity to State Ethernet Transport sites
RPR which provides access to the 4 quadrants of the state.
All Internet traffic to/from State network or the Data Center as well as all traffic between State and PSD will be down during this outage. We also expect traffic to or from any State site in the Bismark area to be down.
Job Service and Child Support IVRs will be down.
Avaya Voice traffic will experience a brief interruption as well.
