This change will address an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Federal Tax Information (FTI) audit recommendation. The “Password Minimum Change Interval" setting will be changed from the current setting of (7 days) to the new setting (15 days). The "Password Minimum Change Interval " controls how soon a user can again change their password after they've recently changed it. This is a global setting in RACF and impacts all UserIDs on the Mainframe.
