The Executive Order 2011-20 Procurement Committee of the Department of Human Services (DHS) VRMS project will be holding a SPECIAL meeting in order to conduct contract negotiations with the selected vendor.

8:30AM	Call to Order Roll Call Consideration of Minutes
8:45AM	Internal discussion of negotiation strategies and contract redline (will require Executive Session per NDCC 44-04-19.1-9)
11:30AM	Lunch Recess
1:00PM	Opening Negotiation Session (will require Executive Session per NDCC 44-04-19.1-9)
4:15PM	Other Business Agenda review and committee discussion
4:30PM	Adjourn

Agenda for Thursday, February 9
Time	Topic
8:30AM	Negotiation Session (will require Executive Session per NDCC 44-04-19.1-9). If at the end of Wednesday the committee determines that the negotiation team needs some time to “work” on the documents, the committee may cancel some or all of this session. The notice will be modified by the end of business Wednesday should that occur.
