If you watch the national news, you can’t help but appreciate ND’s culture of cooperation. While others resort to fist pounding and finger pointing, North Dakotans continues their tradition of hard work and handshakes. This spirit is evident in the results of ITD’s 2012 Annual Customer Survey.
This year, 66 IT coordinator, business professional, and agency leaders responded with an overall satisfaction rate of 89%. It’s reassuring to see that 92.3% of customers consider ITD their trusted business partner and that 92.2% believe ITD provides services that meet their business needs. This is the foundation upon which we can build stronger relationships, provide a more positive customer experience, and improve the value and timeliness of services.
