The results of ITD’s Annual Customer Survey are in. This year, 56 IT coordinators, business professionals, and agency directors responded with an overall satisfaction rate of 92%.

It’s been a long time since I have been able to read for pleasure. All of my reading tends to be on my couch at home in the evening.

If you watch the national news, you can’t help but appreciate ND’s culture of cooperation. While others resort to fist pounding and finger pointing, North Dakotans continues their tradition of hard work and handshakes. This spirit is evident in the results of ITD’s 2012 Annual Customer Survey.
