Software Development Team Leader

Lyle Ripplinger is a Software Development Team Leader for the A-Team group within ITD. He is responsible for the planning and coordination of team work assignments while leading and motivating team members. He also manages priorities and workload for customers. Lyle has worked for ITD since 1992 and has experience in a diverse selection of technologies.

Lyle has a degree in Computer Information Systems. He holds a membership with the National Management Association (NMA).

When not at work, Lyle enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, volleyball, golfing, hunting, coaching the kid’s activities, and participating in Boy Scout events.
