IT Business Analyst

Dirk Huggett started with ITD in 2001 as an IT Business Analyst. He provides Project Management Oversight and performs as a project manager on special projects. Dirk is a native of North Dakota with an AAS in Video Technology and a BA in Broadcasting from Minot State University. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 

Dirk has worked as an engineer for the Disney channel and as a part-time teacher for a vocational school. He spent 10 years working for a Fortune 500 retail company as a store employee, a field auditor, a help desk supervisor, and a technical analyst developing strategic plans and managing projects.

Dirk’s personal life is mostly devoted to his wife and 2 children and the local community theater.
