Al Hoesel started at ITD in 1980 and is currently a member of the Service Desk. He has received his certification for Support Center Analyst from the Help Desk Institute. His talent in customer service and understanding of the customers contributes so much to the team. He loves his job and helping people.
In Al's spare time he can be found snowmobiling during our long winters. During the not-so-cold season he will be out on the water with his pontoon or biking around the city. Hot rods are a passion of his.
His wife and 5 great children are the highlight of his life!
