ND Indian Business Alliance RFP Now Posted

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to manage the North Dakota Indian Business Alliance for the North Dakota Department of Commerce. The purpose of the Alliance is to provide a support base to grow business opportunities on the reservations.
