Managers: Human Resource Policy Manual
This policy manual is for official use of Office of Management & Budget employees and may be used as a resource by agencies in development of their human resource policies. While the policies serve as an example, agency policies should specifically pertain to the agency’s needs. HRMS staff is available to assist in development and/or review of human resource policies.
