Recruitment and Selection

Special Instructions: RTF forms may be downloaded using common word processing software. In most cases, the file will open in your word processing software, and you can then use the Save As command to save the document. In other cases, the form will download and give you an option to save or open. Select the Save command to save the file to your hard drive, and then open the document in your word processing software. Since the forms were created using tables, some of the cells will expand if too much information is typed into them. When this occurs, use an attached sheet to continue the item. If you allow the cell to expand, it will distort the pages.

Classification

A typed name, in the signature line of the following forms, is considered a signature. Please submit the forms electronically to -Info-HRMS Classification.
