On 12/15/11, the Administrative Rules Committee approved the amendments to the following chapters in Article 4-07:
· N.D.A.C. ch. 4-07-05
· N.D.A.C. ch. 4-07-06
· N.D.A.C. ch. 4-07-13
· N.D.A.C. ch. 4-07-14
· N.D.A.C. ch. 4-07-24
These amendments will take effect January 1, 2012. If you keep a hard copy of Article 4-07 and would like pages to replace your current pages, please reply to mvosberg@nd.gov. There are actually 67 pages that need to be replaced because of page numbering.
