Minimum Qualifications:

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • must have valid drivers license
  • must be willing to work some week-ends
  • must be willing to attend occasional training workshops
  • ability to work while on a ladder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • familiar in the use of lawn care equipment
  • experience in general upkeep of buildings
  • ability to work unsupervised at times
  • knowledge of geothermal HVAC systems
  • familiar with a variety of electrical and mechanical systems

Summary of Work:

  1. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of entire facility, including restrooms, carpets, windows, and grounds.
  2. Responsible for landscape work, including lawn mowing, tree pruning, weeding, some painting.
  3. Maintenance of equipment (including mowers) and tools.
  4. Keeping accurate inventory of equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies.
  5. General maintenance of HVAC system.
  6. Monitoring facility for insect infestation.
  7. Changing a wide variety of light bulbs throughout the facility.
  8. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
