Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of custodial or facility maintenance experience including tasks such as gardening, landscaping, grounds keeping, etc.; or three years of custodial or facility maintenance experience including tasks such as gardening, landscaping, grounds-keeping, etc.

Summary of Work:
- Daily courier services to the State Capitol, Bank of ND, and several legal offices in the area
- Picking up supplies, correspondence, and doing the daily deposit
- Assist with routine building maintenance work
- Assist with outdoor maintenance work
- Other duties as assigned
