Minimum Qualifications:

Requires current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing or licensure in another state and meet the eligibility requirements for licensure in North Dakota and two years of work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

If unable to find qualified candidates, will consider underfilling as a Licensed Practical Nurse I (3051) at a salary of $15.00 - $20.01 per hour.  Required licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the North Dakota Board of Nursing or licensure in another state and meet the eligibility requirements for licensure in North Dakota.

North Dakota licensure is a condition of employment and the employing agency will verify and document licensure upon appointment.

Summary of Work:

Work Shift:  Rotating shifts including weekend coverage.  Schedule may vary to meet department needs.

Responsible for unit medication administration, assisting with medication assistant training and monitoring, treatments, following nursing care plans, on site nursing assessments and quality control.  Will provide health care instruction to life skills trainers and clients on health care issues.
