Minimum Qualifications:

Requires graduation from high school or GED. Must successfully complete an approved training program within the probationary period.

Preference will be give to applicants with human service or health care related education

Summary of Work:

Provide direct support services for people residing at the Developmental Center in Grafton. Support individuals in obtaining their personal goals. Assist individuals, provide basic physical care services, and aid in the development of skills to support people in their work, recreation, leisure and community activities. Also assist in developing and carrying out individual training activities. May serve as a primary trainer for assigned individuals.
