Minimum Qualifications:

Requires one of the following:

  • A master’s degree in social work and licensure as a LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker); OR
  • A master’s degree in a program approved by the ND Board of Counselor Examiners and licensure as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor); OR
  • A bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling, licensure as a LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) PLUS five years of clinical-based experience. 

The individual selected will be required to attain LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license within two years of employment.

Preference will be given to applicants with a master’s degree in social work, counseling or other master’s degree approved by the ND Board of Counseling Examiners and licensure as a LICSW or LPCC.

Strong computer skills are required.  Must successfully complete a standard background and criminal record check.

Summary of Work:

Serve as care coordinator for the Partnership Project in Region VI.  Essential job functions include providing leadership to the team providing services to seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families; developing multi-agency treatment plans; providing case management services; counseling and/or psychotherapy to individual, family and group consumers; and provision of crisis intervention services.
