Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, occupational therapy, vocational rehabilitation, therapeutic recreation, or human resources (management human services track) and two years of experience working with special population groups in a direct care setting; OR a master’s degree in one of the fields listed above.

Prefer candidates with an MSW; who have child and family experience, who are family friendly/strength based, and who are wraparound certified. Literacy in Word for Windows is also preferred.

Summary of Work:

Position will provide intensive case management to youth with serious emotional disorders and their families in Region V.  Successful candidates will provide leadership to the child/family teams working with families in Partnerships by coordinating the formulation and implementation of the child/family plan with the families and involved parties.  Evening, weekend and emergency services may be required.
