Minimum Qualifications:

Requires all of the following:

  • Graduation from high school or GED;
  • A valid driver’s license; and
  • A background check.
The individual selected for this position will be required to complete in-house training to become certified as a “Mental Health Technician.”

Summary of Work:

This position is responsible to provide case aide services and transportation to clients involved in addiction services.  The case aide duties include, but are not limited to; assisting addiction clients in gaining access to community services (i.e. public assistance, Medicaid/Medicare, Social Security, job service, etc).  The transportation duties include, but are limited to transporting clients to and from addiction treatment, dual diagnosis, group, community support groups and other appointments in the community.  This position does require documentation of services provided.  This position is part of the Addiction Unit and expected to work as part of the addiction team.
