Bismarck Minimum Qualifications: The successful applicant must possess skill sets needed to perform administrative and managerial work of considerable complexity. Ability to self-start, to multi-task and to manage substantial workflow with minimal direction and supervision is necessary. Computer literacy and ability to use other technology to complete required tasks; strong oral and written communications skills; and solid budget preparation/budget management capability are required. Summary of Work: Provide primary staff support to the State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD); prepare state plans and budgets for the SCDD in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements; administer the overall implementation of the SCDD’s plan and direct the financial management of the authorized state budget and federal funding allotments; manage grant agreements with entities conducting projects and providing services for persons with developmental disabilities; advocate programs and policies that benefit persons with developmental disabilities and their families.
