Minimum Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and experience using general office equipment. This position requires the skills necessary for working with a high degree of confidential information, as well as the ability to work in a variety of dynamically complex work situations. Work is expected to be performed with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Requires one of the following:
- High school graduation or GED and four years of experience performing a variety of complex office support, customer problem resolution, human service or child support enforcement work.
- One year of education with major coursework in office support, business, office education or a human service field, and three years of experience as described above.
- Two years of education with major coursework in office support, business, office education or a human service field, and two years of experience as described above.
- Three years of education with major coursework in office support, business, office education or a human service field, and one year of experience as described above.
- Four years of education with major coursework in office support, business, office education or a human service field.
Preference will be given to applicants with work experience in: (Experience in these areas must be clearly stated on the application)
- Customer problem resolution
- Child support enforcement
- Functioning as a project coordinator, team leader, or lead worker

Summary
of Work:
Responsible for the administration of income withholding for non IV-D (i.e. Clerk of Court only) child support cases in North Dakota. Issue income withholding orders and monitor employer compliance with income withholding requirements. The position requires oral and written communication with employers, parents, and clerks of court regarding income withholding.
