Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires licensure as a Licensed Social Worker by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners AND:
  • A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, business administration or counseling from an accredited school and two years of professional experience in human services programs;
  • OR a master's degree in social work from an accredited school. licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners is also required.

Preferences may be given to individuals with:

  • Five years of current experience in the North Dakota child welfare system
  • Supervisory experience
  • Child Welfare Certification
