Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires licensure as a Licensed Social Worker by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners AND:
- A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, business administration or counseling from an accredited school and two years of professional experience in human services programs;
- OR a master's degree in social work from an accredited school. licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners is also required.
Preferences may be given to individuals with:
- Five years of current experience in the North Dakota child welfare system
- Supervisory experience
- Child Welfare Certification
