Minimum Qualifications:

Summary of Work:

Prepare, cook, portion and dispense foods on a large scale basis; make modifications according to diet orders; assist in serving line and assure accuracy of prescribed diet; adhere to sanitation and safety procedures; also responsible for operating, cleaning, and caring for equipment in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
