Minimum Qualifications:

Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education. Additional work experience performing office support, clerical, or secretarial duties may be substituted for the educational requirement on a one-for-one year basis.

Requires three years task-related experience in addition to formal education

Use of computers and Microsoft Office
-
Standard background and criminal records checks will be required for the successful applicant.

Summary
of Work:

Manage the NDVS/SB Store that includes sales of adaptive aids and maintain store inventory
-
Conduct and manage the evaluation surveys of services provided
-
Track public relations activities and professional development
-
Provide reception duties and customer service
-
Assist with agency purchasing
-
Assist with fiscal duties (preparing purchase orders, recording fixed assets and entering accounts payable on Peoplesoft)
-
Assist with agency policies for safety, loss control and disaster planning
