Bismarck Minimum Qualifications: 1. Licensed to practice law in North Dakota, or the expectation of imminent admission to the North Dakota Bar. Summary of Work: The position is responsible for providing legal advice and litigation services to the North Dakota State Water Commission and the North Dakota State Engineer.
