Summary of Work:
The primary function is to provide support services for the Secretary of State’s office under the direction of the Operational Management Director and agency Unit Leads. Work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday which may include some or all of these duties:
- Receptionist and telephone responsibilities for the office
- Mail processing, scanning, and auditing responsibilities for the office
- Filing and routine maintenance of office wide central file
- Reviewing and filing business documents
- Continuous use of office wide computer database
- Interaction with office customers by telephone and in-person
- Additional duties assigned by Operational Management Director and/or Unit Leads
