~ OMB's Human Resource Policy Manual is available as a resource in development of your agency's policies. While these serve as an example, your human resource policies should specifically pertain to your organization's needs, and HRMS staff is available to assist you in development and/or review of your policies.

~ The Governor has requested agencies to consider RIF'd employees before advertising externally.  A current list of RIF'd employees is available by contacting HRMS.
