- Learn the qualities and characteristics individuals look for when dealing with someone on the phone
- Learn the importance of being prepared, answering the phone professionally, and helping the caller come to the point of the phone call
- Learn the do's and don'ts of transferring calls, placing a call on hold, wrapping up and closing a conversation
- Discover phrases to avoid and determine those to use when assisting a customer
- Learn how to handle upset customers
- Learn what to do when a customer uses foul language
- Learn what to do if you've given a customer the wrong information
