State Employees: Training Classes for ND State Employees
How to Have Fun at Work
Course Contents
"How to Have Fun at Work" takes a humorous (and serious) look at why we all tend to be so somber at work; when in fact a little lightening up might just be the ticket to better customer relations (internal and external), less stress and conflict, and a more positive and supportive work atmosphere.
Based on the FISH!© principles developed by a world famous fish market in Seattle, "How to Have Fun at Work" explores:
- The nature of work
- The four philosophies of FISH!© that help develop a successful work attitude
- The relationship of attitude, work, and life
- The benefits of using the four FISH!© principles
