Composition of Commission
- Statutory Authority: NDCC 54-06-25 (pdf)
- Primary Responsibilities: Make recommendations to the Governor on appropriate levels of state employee compensation and fringe benefits
- Frequency of Meetings: At least once during each biennium and as needed by call of the chair
- Term of Board Members: 4 years for elected members, 2 years for appointed members
