- Statutory Authority: NDCC 54-44.3-03 (pdf)
- Primary Responsibilities: Review classification and pay grade appeals; promulgate rules; approve positions not to be included in the classified service.
- Frequency of Meetings: At least once a year and as needed.
- Term of Board Members: 6 years, except the chairperson
