The books, posters and other collectibles will be accessible for examination in the North Dakota Heritage Center Class Rooms the days of the sale, June 6-8, 2006, Tuesday-Wednesday from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.; Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.

The State Historical Society retains the right to withdraw any item from sale or silent auction.

Bid slips will be supplied for each item and when submitted, should contain, along with the amount of the bid, the name, address or phone number where the bidder can be contacted.

Bids can be submitted in person, by phone, email or mail any time between 8:00am, Monday, June 6, and 12:00 pm (noon), Thursday, June 9, at which time the bidding will close. We will attempt to post high bids on this site after 4:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday with the final bids identified after 8:00am on Friday, June 9. To determine when bids were last updated, see the date posted on the page. Watch the site for your successful bid.

In the event of a tie, only those bidders involved will be given the opportunity to submit additional silent bids until the tie is broken.

6% ND sales tax will be added to all purchases, except for those with valid tax exempt numbers.
