Voting Absentee

Voting absentee means you wish to vote by mail before Election Day. In North Dakota you do not need a reason to vote absentee. If you choose to vote absentee, you forfeit your right to cast a ballot at your polling place on Election Day. Voting absentee is easy. All you need to do is apply to your local county auditor.
