ND GIS Users Conference 2011
Mark your calendars! You are invited to attend and participate in the 2011 ND GIS Users Conference to be held in Grand Forks October 11-13 at the Alerus Center.
The 2011 Conference is shaping up to be one of the best ever. We will be having presentations and workshops covering subjects such as: Practical application of GIS in a county, CAD and GIS integration, terrain analysis, water resources in oil production, using GIS for presenting recreational information, using GIS in 9-1-1, hydrologic modeling, using GIS in flood planning and recovery, using GIS for economic development, using ArcGIS in the field, using U.S. Census Bureau data in GIS, and many, many more. Posters are new for this conference, with topics including the use of GIS in flood recovery, weather-related GIS, production of plat and map books and atlases, market boundaries of wheat elevators, and many more.
