How Web-Based GIS can maximize Data Accessibility and Distribution

Parcel data, CAMA and Tax Parcel databases, scanned documents, imagery, map production, multiple department access, mailing labels???!!! It's a familiar dilemma: How can various data formats consisting of spatial data, external databases and other third party programs, be brought together in a user-friendly interface that can be utilized by personnel and the general public as well? Believe it or not, it is possible. This presentation will outline how web-based GIS technology can be used to maximize the accessibility and distribution capabilities of a wide variety of data sets throughout an organization. WebFusion, Pro-West and Associates customizable web-based application which is built on top of ESRI's ArcGIS Server platform will be demonstrated.
