Esri Format Steps:

1. Please visit the Esri help
2. The server URL is http://ndgishub.nd.gov/arcgis/services

WMS Steps:

1. Please visit the Esri help for the steps to take
2. Determine the URL of the server and service to use, follow these steps:
   1. The server URL to use is found in the REST. For example, go to ndgishub.nd.gov/arcgis/rest/services
   2. Click on All_Geology then scroll to the bottom of the page
   3. Click on the WMS link
   4. Find and copy the URL of the Online Resource, e.g., http://ndgishub.nd.gov/arcgis/services/All_Geology/MapServer/WMSServer
   5. Paste this URL into the Server field

KML Steps:

1. Please visit the Esri help for the steps to take
2. Determine the URL of the server and service to use, follow these steps:
   1. The server URL to use is found in the REST. For example, go to ndgishub.nd.gov/arcgis/rest/services
   2. Click on the Features link then click on Features/Geology
   3. At the top of the page, copy the Google Earth link contents. For example, in Firefox, right-click on Google Earth and select Copy Link Location
   4. Paste this URL into the KML Network Link field
