ArcGIS Explorer Online

This is a free and online tool that you can use to view GIS data. You will need to first download and install the Silverlight plug-in for your browser before using ArcGIS Explorer Online. More information including the link is available on the Esri site.

Esri Format Steps:

1. Please visit the Esri help for the steps to take.
2. Follow these steps to specify the URL of the GIS Hub server:
   1. After clicking on Add Content then GIS Service, below the Search field click on the Url link
   2. The server URL to enter is http://ndgishub.nd.gov/arcgis/rest/services
