Building the Master Address File

The City of Fargo GIS is currently in the process of building a master address file to serve as the key link between our GIS Data and different Departmental databases. There is a great deal of valuable information contained within these Departmental databases that can only be mapped using their address component. With the adoption of a Property Address Standard in the summer of 2004 Fargo can now move forward with the large task of cleaning all of our different database address fields to a common standard.
