• How to schedule a meeting room
  • There is no food allowed in meeting rooms with the exception of Pioneer and Brynhild Haugland Room.
    Beverages will be allowed with the understanding that the agency must use coasters. The Agency or sponsor that reserves the room is assuming full responsibility for the care of the room. Agency/Sponsor will see that no food is brought into the room, make sure coasters are used if beverages are brought into the room, will not rearrange the furniture or remove the furniture from the room. Will leave the room in the condition it was in before the planned function.
  • Note: During the 2009-10 interim, upgrades will continue to be made to legislative committee rooms that will affect availability and usage by the executive branch.
