Q: I completed my application online. How do I submit my transcripts to document my re-education credits?
A: You can submit unofficial transcripts for renewal by mail or email. Our mailing address is 2718 Gateway Ave, Suite 303, Bismarck ND 58503 and our email address is espbinfo@nd.gov. If you are adding a new degree at renewal time, you will need to mail your official transcripts to our office.
