• Business Intelligence Study Team
  The ARB has chartered this study team to determine business intelligence, management reporting and data warehouse requirements and explore solutions.
• Desktop Support Study Team
  Define the ideal model for desktop support for ND State government. Three components will be evaluated, help desk model including software, new desktop pc deployment including disposal of old system, and ongoing support for desktop.
• Interactive Voice Response Study Team
  The purpose of this team is to identify a replacement solution for the States current proprietary IVR systems that will work within the states technology infrastructure.
• Mobile Computing Study Team
  Meetings Pending.
• Time and Labor Study Team
  Evaluate product, Establish requirements/needs, Identify interface, Future interface needs to adapt Connect ND module, Fiscal impact
